The European Commission’s first ESPR Working Plan (2025–2030) sequences Digital Product Passport delegated acts by product group — iron and steel targeted for 2026, textiles and apparel for 2027, furniture for 2028, then electronics, chemicals, construction products, and tyres from 2029 — so which category is asked to comply first is already public.
