The New Standard for
Made In USA Labels
A strategic partnership proposal for industrial label leaders to embed cryptographic provenance directly into the domestic supply chain.
The Regulatory Catalyst
The FTC's April 2026 Made in USA sweep — brought under its Made in USA Labeling Rule (16 CFR Part 323), and following Executive Order 14392 on truthful "Made in America" advertising — produced a $625,000 order against TouchTunes, the largest under that rule to date.
The rule turns on whether "all or virtually all" of a product is US-origin, which makes verifiable proof a documentation problem as much as a sourcing one.
The era of self-certification is over. Brands now require a consumer-facing cryptographic shield to mitigate legal risk.
